    UPDATE 24022019Found an LED bulb on eBay that comes from China that works perfectly, been through two since leaving this review. My only issue with this fan now is that the remote control is dying badly, new batteries dont fix it. Its 25 for a new remote from their website which is just absurd for a fan remote control. Airflow is still great, got it in constant summer mode as the heat in my small room gets unbearable. Fan is on most days and nights, great for the money. Wish the remote lasted longer.This is a good fan however its not as quiet as I expected, the air coming off it is really good. However, the bad point is the bulb was way too bright for my bedroom but 6 months in the bulb has blew so Im currently on the hunt for a better bulb that fits.

    Got this for the sole purpose to match a new Chrome trim LED Light.1. The package was so so, nothing beats a plain dull looking cardboard box.2. Lacking any fixing screws is kind of a bummer, and also a surprise. But it didnt mention after checking the listing. Anyhow for this, I knock down one star.3. How about a fitting template to simply the hole positions. Nope knock down one more star4. The base is nice, looks pretty good, and the switch mechanism is not bad. 1 star5. Cord length is very generous, lucky my ceiling is not as high as st pains cathedral to cutting to length is needed.6. End of cord the little chrome bell really looks like something from a kinder egg, such a shame. 1 star7. Position of the fittings is terrible, really dreadful design, getting to crush the hell out of 1.5mm twin and earth just to strip back and bridge across the back makes the install flipping annoying.If it wasnt for the fact I struggled with this fiveminute job I would have returned in a flash,Dont get annoyed find something else. Two stars are generous because it does look nice, and the switch has a good solid click.Lastly the word Knightsbridge I wonder if anyone else had a feeling of a quality kind of brand name like the area of London would inspire to the mind. This is far from the truth.

    Lo primero de todo a la hora de elegir focos de este estilo es el tamao, stos son de los pequeos, tienen un dimetro de 70mm, los comunes en casi cualquier casa suelen ser de 10mm, en mi caso, en el aseo, tengo focos de este tamao, en el resto de la casa son ms grandes.Aclarado esto, estos focos son muy sencillos, vienen cinco, en color blanco mate y completamente de metal, adems, una vez puestos son orientables.En mi caso, eleg los de 3W, ya que adems de estos, tengo otros focos en el aseo, por lo que no me falta luz, un detalle muy importante es que vienen con su propio transformador, por lo que la conexin es directa.La nica pega que les veo es que por ningn lado especifica si son resistentes a la humedad, nicamente en el anuncio de Radiant Roost, pero no lo pone en el manual de instrucciones que los acompaa.Antes de instalarlos hay que recordar que debemos cortar la luz de casa para evitar accidentes.

Fr die Schrauben, die man zum Krzen lsen muss, bentigt man FeinmechanikerWerkzeug. Ich habe keinen Schlitzschraubenzieher, der da passt. Musste mir mit einer Kuchengabel behelfen. Das war schon umstndlich. Ansonsten in Ordnung. Ich wrde sie wieder kaufen.

    In meinem dunklen Eingangsbereich habe ich eine batteriebetriebene Deckenleuchte bentigt. Mich har zwar erst der Preis dieser Lampe anfangs etwas abgeschreckt, bin jedoch sehr zufrieden damit. Endlich kein weiteres Stromkabel verziehen. Das Licht ist sehr hell, eher weilich. Der Bewegungsmelder funktioniert super. Schaltet nach ca. 20 Sekunden automatisch ab. Er hat auch einen Helligkeitssensor. Somit schaltet er sich an, wenn es leicht schummrig wird drauen. Benutze die Lampe seit nun fast 3 Wochen und bin wirklich zufrieden damit. Das montieren war ebenfalls sehr einfach. Bei mir war es an einer Holzdecke, also ohne Dbel. Bis jetzt halten auch noch die ersten Batterien. Die Lampe kommt jedoch auch sehr oft abends zum Einsatz. Von dem her lass ich mich mal berraschen.Nachtrag nach fast einem Jahr in GebrauchNach wie vor bin ich sehr zufrieden. Gestern habe ich das erste mal die Batterien gewechselt. Das ist echt stark. Der Gang in dem die Lampe ihre Dienste leistet ist ein Durchgangsbereich der betreten werden muss, mchte man ins Obergeschoss. Das heit, die Lampe ist im Dauereinsatz, sobald es schummrig wird. Auch wenn etwas teurer als andere Lampen. Sie ist ihr Geld wert.

    Avendo un soffitto spiovente in travi di castagno, trovare la giusta fonte di illuminazione stata una una vera sfida.Con il soffitto scuro infatti quasi inutile installare un comune lampadario perch la sua illuminazione sar notevolmente ridotta dalla mancanza di rifrazione del soffitto, inoltre il fatto che sia spiovente e con le travi sporgenti rende molto difficile anche trovare il giusto posizionamento per faretti o altri punti luce.Questo sistema invece permette, con relativa facilit, di sopperire a situazioni come la mia semplicemente tirando un cavo sul quale poi sono fissati i diversi faretti.Nel caso specifico in questo set troviamo un cavo da 10 metri di lunghezza, 8 portalampada in metallo, un alimentatore e tutto il necessario per il fissaggio dei componenti.Lunica cosa che manca sono le 8 lampadine con attacco GU5,3, qualche attrezzo e un po di pazienza e manualit per il montaggio.Il cavo fornito consente di coprire una distanza massima di 5 metri tra le pareti fra cui vogliamo stenderlo perch, fondamentalmente, va passato due volte a formare il binario su cui poi fisseremo i faretti ci tengo a specificarlo perch il titolo porta un po fuori strada ed io stesso mi aspettavo che con questo kit potessi coprire 10 metri di distanza.I faretti si possono spostare lungo il binario a proprio piacimento, oltre a permettere una regolazione totale in qualsiasi direzione questo permette di personalizzare al massimo lilluminazione ed stato comodissimo nel mio caso poterli orientare singolarmente per illuminare completamente lintera stanza.Naturalmente si possono usare tutti o solo alcuni degli 8 faretti inclusi, sempre in base alle proprie esigenze.Linstallazione semplice ma richiede comunque attenzione ed una corretta pianificazione per evitare errori, personalmente avendo una buona manualit sono riuscito ad ottenere un ottimo risultato senza particolari difficolt.In definitiva non posso che consigliare questo prodotto sia per la sua versatilit che per la buona qualit generale, che risulta davvero prezioso in situazioni come la mia dove era davvero difficile trovare una soluzione per illuminare a dovere la stanza

    These bulbs have made a vast difference to the lighting we had in our kitchen, its now like cooking outside a beautiful even white light. I went to order more of then as the pack of 5 left me one short of the six that my light fittings required, unfortunately they are no longer in stock but I am assured by Radiant Roost that they will return soon. I will have to keep checking on their availability.

    Man darber diskutieren, ob man wirklich jede Errungenschaft des smart homes braucht oder nicht. Glhbirnen kann man auch mit einem Schalter dimmen, braucht es wirklich eine App oder ein zustzliches Gert dafrWenn man diese Frage fr sich mit ja beantwortet sind die Philipps Hue Leuchten wahrscheinlich ihr Geld wert. Dieses Zweierset weier Lampen mit GU10Fassung gehren zu meinen ersten HueLeuchten. Eine Bridge besitze ich nicht, so dass ich mich nur ber die Steuerung per App auslassen kann.Die Installation ist auch fr Anfnger super leicht. Man braucht eigentlich keine Anleitung. Einfach die Birnen in die Fassung, Strom an, App installieren und per Bluetooth verbinden lassen. Das Pairing geht von alleine und dauert nur einige Sekunden. Danach kann man die Birnen unabhngig voneinander einstellen, also vor allem die Helligkeit. Wenn man mag, kann man aber automatische Zeiten des An und Ausgehens programmieren oder hnliches in der App.Ich habe die beiden Strahler in der Kche verbaut und steuere jetzt gerne mal die Lichtintensitt rauf oder runter je nachdem welche Tageszeit es ist oder was ich gerade in der Kche machen will. Es ging auch vorher ohne smarte Lampen und wrde auch immer noch gehen. Fr mich eher eine Spielerei, die Spa macht und auch mal ntzlich ist, aber nie wirklich notwendig.Innerhalb der HueAngebots von Philipps gehren diese Birnen noch zu den gnstigeren Varianten und sind deshalb vielleicht auch fr Einsteiger empfehlenswert, die noch nicht ganz sicher sind, ob sie ihre Beleuchtung wirklich auf smart umstellen wollen.Technisch funktionieren sie einwandfrei und das Licht ist super. Die App funktioniert sowieso groartig. Also das Produkt an sich ist absolut top und empfehlenswert. Abzug gibt es nur wegen des Preises und des geschlossenen Systems, das es nicht mglich macht Birnen verschiedener Hersteller mit einer App zu steuern. Sowas geht nur, wenn man bereit ist Systeme wie Alexa in sein Heim zu lassen.

    Une fois lapplication tlcharge, ces ampoules permettent de jouer localement avec lambiance de la maison en Bluetooth.Les commandes sont simples et faciles dutilisation.Ces ampoules donnent un clairage selon les envies en jouant sur lintensit et la couleur de la lumire, cest trs facilement pilotable depuis lappli.Une lumire dambiance dans une pice, un rveil avec une lumire douce le matin, un cadre tamis pour un dner ou couter de la musique.Une utilisation trs agrable ou par scurit est la commande distance de lintrieur de la maison qui permet de ne pas rentrer dans une maison plonge dans lobscurit. Mais il faut dans ce cas avoir le pont Philips Hue, no fourni ici.Je nai pas fini dexploiter lensemble des possibilits offertes par cet cosystme qui semble trs prometteur et trs facile daccs. Avec le Bluetooth cest dj trs sympa, il faut investir dans un pont relais avec votre box pour vraiment profiter de la puissance de linstallation.

Die Lampe kann mit 3x E14 Kerzen mit je 40W ausgestattet werden, was die Lampe sehr hell macht. Die Montage der Lampe wird hier oft als schwierig beschrieben, dass kann ich so nicht besttigen. Die Halterung ist einfach zu montieren und der Schirm lsst sich leicht befestigen. Ich habe als Leuchtmittel die Philips Scene Switch genommen, da ich diese Leuchtmittel ganz einfach ber den Lichtschalter dimmen kann und somit auch Abends ein angenehmes Licht habe.Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.

    This is a great lamp. Ive got a 100W equivalent bulb for the up light and a 40W equivalent for the reading light. This combination works perfectly. Many thanks to the other reviewer who pointed out that these are the newgeneration spots, since the listing didnt make it clear at the time. Expensive but well worth it, if only for the true blues and true greens. They fit into a normal fitting I previously had to use the white ambiance in my bathroom, as the colour ones were too tall, but these fit perfectly. I also have these in standard outdoor light fittings at the pond. As the pics show, the blues are the same as the blue from the Philips outdoor strip light on the same setting the discrepancy had been very obvious on the older generation and the greens can go very green. I use these spots with the Hue bridges and had no trouble whatsoever with the installation.

    Habe die Lampe fr einen Durchgangsflur gekauft. Verarbeitung ist meines Erachtens voll in Ordnung, das Teil hngt an der Decke und braucht daher nicht stabiler sein. Zum Sensorkabel Das ist tatschlich sehr kurz gewhlt. Mein Tipp Wenn man ein Kabel hat das man zurck schieben kann geht es sehr gut. Also erst die Schrauben setzen man kann die Lampe spter darin einhngen und verdrehen Dann denn Elektroanschluss machen. Jetzt den Sensor anklemmen wenn die Lampe noch lose ist so kann man den Schirm seitlich verdrehen um den Stecker rein zu bekommen. Nun kann man das Kabel zurckschieben und die Lampe in die Schrauben hngen. So geht es gutDas Licht gefllt mir sehr gut, nicht zu hell mit schner Farbe.Fazit Kaufempfehlung fr Abstellkammern, Garagen und Flure

    My 3 star rating is, unfortunately, a compromiseThe unit itself is excellent and I would have given it 5 stars. It was straightforward to fit but see below and performs well, after setting up the two adjustments level of darkness and on time. I find it well made and aesthetically good, though this is a personal view, and it suits the situation in which I use it. The low profile makes it particularly suitable in the low ceiling height room in which I use it. Light output is good though this again, depends on the application I use it in a relatively small room. It has been in use for some weeks now and I am delighted with the product. Two points to remember first if fitted in place of a standard light the switch must be left on so that the PIR controls the light. Secondly, be aware that this needs an earth yes, I know that it will work without one but it has a metal base so it needs an earth for safety.Unfortunately, although the pack was printed in both English and German the instruction sheet provided was only in German, even though it was supplied to an English customer. This means that it needs either a working knowledge of German or previous experience of installing such equipment. It may be that the pack sent to me was faulty and the English sheet was omitted in error but I requested English instructions from the supplier twice once in English and the second in my best attempt at German not good by any standards, though but no response was forthcoming. I am of the opinion that any mains powered electrical device should come with clear and intelligible installation instructions so I would give 1 star for this.3 stars is, then a compromise between 5 for the item and 1 for the installation instructions.

This caused me to think the light was defective and I returned it. The new one acted the same but because the replacement acted the same I decided to check the batteries.     I needed an autolight for my back yard so I could see the keyhole in the door when dark. Plus I did not want to have to connect to the electricity. I opted for this one after looking at different ones on Radiant Roost. It was a brilliant buy. It lights up the yard a lot more than I thought it would.     Volendo sostituire la mia vecchia plafoniera al neon in bagno ho optato per testare questa plafoniera a led la cui installazione non necessita di un trasformatore esterno.La plafoniera testata si collega direttamente alla rete domestica da 220230V, il trasformatore gi montato nel circuito interno della plafoniera.La plafoniera, ovviamente, come da titolo a led ed adatta ad installazioni in ambienti umidi come lo pu essere un bagno o una cantina, poich ha un indice di protezione allacqua IP44. Inoltre lho trovata molto discreta nelle dimensioni con il suo diametro da 22cm e uno spessore di circa 6cm.Linstallazione davvero molto semplice poich ci sono gi i morsetti in cui inserire le 2 fasi elettriche e la messa a terra. Ovviamente prima di operare meglio staccare la corrente dal quadro generale.Inoltre nella confezione ci sono le 3 viti con relative fish per il fissaggio sulla parete.A livello di illuminazione i 4000k e 900lm si vedono tutti solo che non la trovo proprio bianca come luce, ha una sfumatura calda.Laccensione immediata, senza ronzii o sfarfallii.Lunica pecca che per ora non ho riscontrato ma a cui andr incontro spero tra moolto tempo e che una volta che i led si saranno bruciati bisogner sostituire lintera plafoniera, che al prezzo di circa 20 se sostituita una volta allanno ci pu anche stare considerando il risparmio energetico e il non dover sostituire neon o starter

    This bulbs look very good quality however when tried to add it to my previously installed Philips Hue starter kit, only one bulb was reachable and visible on my app. Not sure where is the error.. tried switch that bulb with other halogen light and still same result. I guess there must be something wrong with the bulb itself. The bulb lights on when I turn the wall switch on but thats all it does. It doesnt connect to the app. From this 2pack at least one bulb works as it should.

    My new house came with an entry closet with very high ceilings but no light. This light serves the the purpose perfectly. Yes, the light is LED so its a little blue, but that doesnt matter to me. Plus few minutes attaching leaves.Problem mentioned in reviews about 4th light bulb contact didnt occur with us. Not problem what so ever. Just to be on the safe side I ordered the light bulbs at the same time with the pendant.Light looks just the right one for the room and it gives so much light. Absolutely love it.

    I installed a MB980 ceiling light in an entry way stoop at our beach house my initial impression is love at 1st sight. They are very bright throw a wide beam. Liked em so much I purchased 3 more MB980s for outside. While these havent stood the test of time, I definitely am in love well perhaps only enamored at this point. Time will tell how waterproof these are if they will corrode or not. I will try to give a report after a year. At this point these definitely look like a winner.11816 Update Have had these for more than 3 years now. They are mounted in the eves of a house 50 from a salt water beach in the Pacific NW subject to wind driven rain salt spray over a hundred days a year. I shocked that so far not a one has failed in this environment that rusts stainless steel railing Batteries last an average of 1.5 years . I also have several of the rectangular MR Beams battery operated LEDs that have performed just as spectacularly. Truly a great product.
