Return & Refund Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

To initiate return, you need to email us at sales@lightsteelblue-chough-376900.hostingersite.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return for exchange:

If you would like to return your item for an exchange please send us an email at sales@lightsteelblue-chough-376900.hostingersite.com and include details of the item you would like to exchange the item for. In the unlikely situation your item is faulty or damaged on arrival you can return the item free of charge.

Item damaged:

If your item is damaged and you would like to return it, please fill in the RMA form below. We will always try to arrange an expedited replacement or can arrange a refund.

Wrong item delivered:

If we have delivered the wrong item to you please let us know which item has been delivered and send us a photo if possible. We will then arrange a swift replacement or refund for you.

Non delivery:

If your order has not arrived please let us know after the delivery window specified during checkout has passed. We will then request the courier perform an investigation to locate the product. Please allow 72 hours for this. Once complete we can either arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds:

If you require a refund for your order please get in touch. For returns/damaged items please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. It may take a few additional days for your bank to show the funds on your statement.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@lightsteelblue-chough-376900.hostingersite.com
